Mike Hugdahl

Mike Hugdahl has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management within the food ingredients sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Specialty Manufacturing and Reliability at Ingredion Incorporated since November 2010, Mike has held various leadership roles, including Director of Manufacturing and Reliability for North America and Plant Manager at the largest manufacturing site in Chicago, overseeing over 600 employees and assets exceeding a billion dollars. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Corn Products International from 2004 to 2010. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
