Rachel Winger has extensive experience in the food ingredients industry, currently serving as the Dextrose Unit Manager at Ingredion Incorporated since February 2020. Previously, Rachel held various managerial and engineering roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, including Refinery Superintendent and Sorbitol Day Supervisor, from June 2018 to February 2020 and July 2014 to October 2017, respectively. Rachel began at Archer Daniels Midland as a Process Engineer and also completed an internship with the company as a Process Engineer Intern. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Central Indiana Ethanol. Rachel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University between 2010 and 2014.
