Radek Rybicki

Radek Rybicki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, product development, and business management. Currently, Rybicki serves as Co-Founder of Island Building Solutions Ltd, a company dedicated to building climate-resilient structures in the Caribbean, and as President & Owner of MPowr Products Inc, which focuses on climate-resilient architectural hardware. Rybicki has a long tenure at Ingredion Incorporated, where roles have included Sr. Principal in Global Process & Data Engineering and Manager of several key areas such as Operations Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement, contributing significantly to digital transformation and operational excellence. Additionally, Rybicki is a Managing Partner at Layer Group, a holding company with interests in multiple sectors, and has previously held leadership roles at First Derm by iDoc24 and GreenMantra Technologies. Rybicki holds a B.E.Sci in Chemical Engineering and a B.Sc in Chemistry from Western University.
