Sara Eisenmenger

Sara Eisenmenger is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Manager of GTO Program and Talent Management at Ingredion Incorporated since January 2016, Sara designs and implements programs to enhance talent development and diversity within the organization. Previously, as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Nitto Denko Automotive, Inc., from April 2002 to January 2016, Sara managed union relationships, compliance with legal regulations, and employee benefits programs. Sara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chadron State College.
