Séverine Bensa is the European Marketing Manager for Texture at Ingredion Incorporated, where they lead the Texture Springboard and manage development projects across various applications. With a strong background in food product and process development, Séverine has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining Ingredion in 2011, including Senior Marketing Manager and Plant Based Protein Growth Platform Lead. They hold a Master in Business Administration from the French Institute for Business Administration and an Engineering degree in Biochemistry and Food Science from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse.
