Lucas Schramm

Lucas Schramm has a diverse range of work experience. Lucas started their career in 2005 at Embasa as a Coordenador de Obras e Serviços, where they were responsible for managing chemical products, implementing waste management plans, conducting environmental assessments, and training water treatment operators. In 2011, they joined Odebrecht as a Técnico Ambiental, and later became the Responsável de Sustentabilidade at the Itaipava Arena Pernambuco. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, licensing activities, and implementing social programs. Lucas then worked as a Sócio Diretor at Tecma Solucoes Ambientais Ltda. from 2013 to 2019.

From 2016 to 2022, Lucas Schramm held various roles at Arena de Pernambuco, including Gerente de Operações e Eventos, Gestor de Operações e Sustentabilidade, and Gestor de Sustentabilidade. In these positions, they were responsible for managing environmental sustainability systems, health and safety programs, and emergency response plans. Lucas also coordinated the work of medical and emergency teams during major events.

In 2021, Lucas Schramm worked as a Secretário-geral at ALAGID and as an Analista de Competicoes at the Comitê Organizador Local – CONMEBOL Copa América Brasil 2019. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager - Futebol at Ingresse.

Lucas Schramm completed their education in a chronological order. Lucas started their academic journey in 2007 at Escola Técnica - Alagoinhas/BA, where they pursued a degree in Técnico Ambiental. Lucas completed this program in 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2016, Lucas attended Universidade Mauricio de Nassau, where they earned a degree in Eng. Ambiental in the field of Engenharia Ambiental e Sanitária.
