Rhonda Harshfield

Rhonda Harshfield has over 35 years of work experience in graphic design and brand identity. Rhonda started their career as a Graphic Designer at EnServ in 1987, where they worked until 1994. During their time at EnServ, they were responsible for creating visual communication materials.

In 1994, Rhonda joined WAVE as a Visual Communicator/Art Director. In this role, they played a crucial role in shaping and evolving the WAVE brand. Rhonda'sresponsibilities included directing and creating media and campaigns, designing creative assets for advertising and marketing, and maintaining resources related to WAVE's brand identity. Rhonda also worked closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and visual communication. Rhonda worked at WAVE for nearly 29 years before leaving in February 2023.

Since 2005, Rhonda has been working as an independent Brand Designer under their own name. Rhonda specializes in brand identity design but also offers branding and web design services. Rhonda works with emerging companies and businesses, helping them strengthen their branding to take their company to the next level. Rhonda's work with different clients keeps their perspective fresh and versatile.

Rhonda most recently joined INgrid Design as an Art Director in January 2023. No end date is provided for this role, indicating that they are currently employed there.

Rhonda Harshfield obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Communication from the University of Louisville, which they attended from 1985 to 1991.
