André Sikborn Erixon's work experience begins in 2008 as a Summer Intern and Students Ambassador at Accenture, where they analyzed data for a recycling company and assisted with recruitment events. In 2009, they had a Summer Intern role as a Business Controller at H&M. Later, they completed a Degree project on IT Project Risk management at Stockholms stad. André then joined H&M in 2010 as a Business Controller for the Global Buying Office, responsible for team results and achieving sales growth.
