Paulina Kłóś-Olszak

Paulina Kłóś-Olszak's work experience includes roles at three different companies. From 2019 to the present, they have been a Product Manager at Ingrid. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2019, they served as a Product Owner at Ingrid. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at TimeCamp, first as a Product Owner and then as a Customer Service Support Specialist. Additionally, they have experience as a Customer Assistant and completed an internship in the Sales Department at MADU from 2014 to 2016.

Paulina Kłóś-Olszak earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Greek Language and Literature from the University of Warsaw in the years 2011-2014. Paulina then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Archeology from the University of Wroclaw, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Paulina also obtained several certifications. Paulina completed a Digital UX course at Coders Lab in June 2019, and received a User Experience in Project Management Level 1 certification from UXalliance in the same month and year. Furthermore, they acquired Scrum Master Training from Agile Force in November 2018.
