William Sjökvist

William Sjökvist began their professional career in 2014 as a Kitchen Staff at FC Gruppen. In 2015, they worked as a Park Manager at Jönköpings kommun, and in 2016, they had a role as a Stage Technician at Smålands Music and Theater.

From 2021 to 2021, William worked at Jönköpings kommun as a Web Developer, contributing to a project aimed at attracting and maintaining competence in Jönköping. William collaborated with other government agencies for map data, employment agency data, and cloud deployment.

At the School of Engineering, Jönköping University, William's roles included being a Computer Lab Assistant from June 2021 to October 2021. William also worked as a Software Engineer from June 2021 to August 2021. In these positions, they taught and aided students in web development courses, served as a personal mentor, and gave guest lectures on network programming.

In 2022, William joined DreamHack as a Tournament Organizer, and later that year, they worked as a Software Engineer at their own company, William Sjökvist.

Most recently, in 2023, William joined Ingrid as a Software Engineer. Ingrid aims to improve the delivery experience in e-commerce, providing customers with a more enjoyable and efficient process.

William Sjökvist pursued their education in the field of computer software engineering. From 2019 to 2023, they attended Jönköping University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in computer software engineering. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they attended LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet, focusing on systems development. Additionally, William Sjökvist obtained certifications in "Google Cloud: Controlling Cost" and "Microservices: Design Patterns" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
