Jacob Alderson

Jacob Alderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CRM systems and Salesforce administration. Currently serving as the Manager of CRM Systems at Inhabit® since October 2022, Jacob previously worked at HashiCorp as a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, where responsibilities included leading CPQ administration efforts and supporting new consumption models. Jacob's career also includes significant roles at RealPage, Inc., where advancements in CRM initiatives and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions were key contributions. With a solid foundation in sales and property management from earlier positions at companies such as RentPath, LLC, Alliance Residential Company, and Draper and Kramer, Jacob brings a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise in Salesforce with a strong background in business operations and client relations. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
