Shane Cobb

Shane Cobb has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Shane then moved on to Dixon Ticonderoga as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they held the position of VP, HR & COO Common Paymaster at COMMON PAYMASTER, INC. Shane then worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Baker & Taylor in 2008. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Confluence Outdoor. After that, they worked as the EVP of People & Strategy at Greenwood Hall from 2014 to 2017. Shane then joined JH Capital Group as the SVP of Human Resources & Administration from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Director of HR - North America at Learning Technologies Group plc, where they worked until 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Senior Director of People Operations at AbleTo Inc. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Inhabit® since 2022.

Shane Cobb obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organization Development from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications/PR at Georgia Southern University. Additionally, Shane has earned certifications in Textio Inclusive Recruiting and Unconscious Bias from Textio and LinkedIn respectively, obtained in 2022 and 2020.
