Bharat Ahir

Bharat Ahir has worked in the industry for over 13 years. Bharat started their career in 2007 as a Freelance Consultant for Multiple Brands. In 2010, they founded and launched At Your Service, a business model providing virtual assistance to the expatriate community in Mumbai, India. Bharat established systems and processes, hired delivery teams, and trained management graduates to provide 24/7 customer service. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Russsh, India's first trusted online errand running service company. The venture grew from a team of 5 to a workforce of 150. In 2019, they took up the role of Head of Operations and Head of Customer Experience at Inhabitr - New Age Furniture.

Bharat Ahir attended the University of Mumbai from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies with a focus in Sociology and Hindi Literature.
