Brian Gustafson

Brian Gustafson has extensive experience in operations, project management, and property management. Brian is currently working as the Vice President of Operations - Student at Inhabitr since June 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Project Manager at GSA - Global Student Accommodation from January 2023 to June 2023. From 2017 to 2023, Brian worked at CA Ventures in various positions, including Director of Project Management and Regional Manager. Brian has also worked at Bluffstone, LLC as the Director of Property Management, Regional Manager, and Property Manager from 2010 to 2017. Additionally, Brian gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at Skanska USA Building Inc. in 2010.

Brian Gustafson attended Pittsburg State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management & Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Brian also obtained the Associate Constructor (AC) certification from the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) in May 2011.
