Alex Phlipot

Alex Phlipot has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Alex started their career at Essex Industries as a Disaster Recovery Intern before becoming a Design Manufacturing Engineer. Alex then worked at BASF, where they held various roles including CPP Production Engineer, Project Management Engineer, Asset Effectiveness Engineer, and Contract Operations Manager. Alex later joined IKO Industries as a Production Superintendent, managing operations for modified production lines. Currently, Alex is the Director of Engineering at Inhance Technologies, a global technology transformation partner specializing in plastics and chemicals.

Alex Phlipot earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2014. In 2023, Alex is expected to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
