Keith Allen

Keith Allen has over 30 years of work experience in the field of infrastructure engineering and management. Keith started their career in 1990 at Safeway Stores plc as an Infrastructure Specialist, where they worked until 2006. Keith then joined SSP Worldwide as a Technical Engineer and worked there for 10 years. In 2016, they joined InHealth as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and later took on roles such as Infrastructure Team Leader, IT Infrastructure Manager, and currently serves as the Principal Infrastructure Engineer.

Keith Allen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University. Keith also holds a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Bournemouth University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Office 365: Administration, Migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10, Windows 10: Intune Device Management, Certified Meraki Network Operator, and ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
