Jordan Gimelstein

Jordan Gimelstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business management. Currently serving as a Property Advisory Board Member for the City of Coral Gables since September 2024, Jordan also holds the position of Principal at INHOUSE COMMERCIAL. Previously, Jordan was the Director of Investment Sales at Koniver Stern Group and an Executive at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, focusing on investment-grade properties in Miami's urban core. As a co-founder of Raw Republic Micro-Juicery, Jordan contributed to business management from 2014 to 2019. With a diverse background that includes roles as Principal at Zelick's Tobacco Corp., and RYO Holdings of America, as well as President of United Products International LLC, Jordan has consistently demonstrated expertise in property acquisition, distressed assets, and operational growth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
