Harold Wilkening III, P.e.

Harold Wilkening III, P.E. has extensive experience in water resource management and real estate, currently serving as a Realtor at INI Realty Investments, Inc. Since November 2016. Prior to this, Harold held the position of Thirdmill Network Partnership Director at Thirdmill from October 2017 to February 2022. Harold's earlier career includes significant roles at the St. Johns River Water Management District, where responsibilities spanned from Project Engineer in 1982 to Director of multiple divisions until June 2015, focusing on flood control, water supply, and regulatory programs. Harold also contributed to the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Project Engineer from 1985 to 1987.
