Rachael Banton

Rachael Banton currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Inigo since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael Banton spent over 13 years at BlackRock, advancing through various positions including Head of Learning and Development for the Client Business, Talent Practices and Diversity Associate, Inclusion, Diversity and Philanthropy Associate, Inclusion, Diversity and Philanthropy and Campus Recruitment Analyst, and Administrative Assistant for the London HR team. Rachael Banton's career in retail began at Silverleaf Jewellery as a Retail Sales Assistant from January 2005 to December 2010. Rachael Banton holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Loughborough University (2007 - 2010) and an Advanced Qualification in HR with the CIPD, Human Resources Development, from CCL (2012 - 2013).
