Eric Taitz is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Initial Group, a TPG-backed entertainment company focused on culture and commerce. Previously, they served as EVP, Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at Boat Rocker from 2018 to 2024, where they were promoted through various leadership roles. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Manager and Senior Financial Analyst in Content Strategy & Analysis at Netflix from 2015 to 2016 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2011 to 2013. They also gained experience as an MBA Summer Associate in Global Strategy at the NBA in 2017. Eric is pursuing an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, holds a BSBA in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University, and attended the London School of Economics for Economics studies.
