Maxime THONNERIEUX

Maxime Thonnerieux is an accomplished executive currently serving as CEO of INITIAL, part of the Prodways Group, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Maxime held various leadership positions at ACI GROUPE, including Business Unit Director and Directeur des opérations, from September 2021 to March 2025. From March 2019 to October 2021, Maxime was the Directeur général at SNDEC - Syndicat National du Décolletage, and served as CEO at CETIM-CTDEC from June 2016 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Nord-Lock Group, where Maxime was Global Business Development Director, Managing Director, and Global R&D Director from February 2011 to May 2016, as well as Responsable BU Ingénierie des Assemblages and Resp. Produit/Ressource at CETIM from January 2008 to February 2011. Maxime holds a MEng in Engineering Management from the University of Portsmouth and an engineering degree from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz, along with ongoing leadership training at LMI - Leadership Management International.
