Initial Talent operate across GTM C-Suite Search, Talent Advisory, and Interim solutions. We have an extensive network and experience spanning the technology and innovation space, partnering with early-stage SaaS Start-Ups to Scales Ups, through to Enterprise Software & Services organizations.

We are function specific, sector agnostic, and have a global track record of engagements with businesses expanding into new territories, and transforming existing GTM functions to drive growth ambitions. We do this by partnering with businesses to appoint best in class GTM talent across multiple geographies

Our approach to Search is proactive, consultative, and tailored to the needs and goals of both clients and candidates. We leverage our extensive network, market knowledge, and customer relationship management skills to source and attract unique and high-performing talent that is typically hidden from the public domain. We ensure best fit every time by understanding the culture, vision, and expectations of both parties, and by facilitating a transparent and smooth hiring process. Our mission is to empower candidates to succeed and thrive in the right roles, and to enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives and competitive advantage.
