Livingston Miller serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Initialized Capital, following a distinguished legal career that includes significant roles at WeWork, where responsibilities included serving as United States & Canada General Counsel and leading corporate transactions as VP, Legal. Prior to WeWork, Livingston Miller held the position of Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel at Popular Bank and worked at WilmerHale as Counsel and Senior Associate. Additionally, Livingston Miller is a Charter Member of TechGC. Educational credentials include a tenure at The Wharton School from 2008 to 2010 and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, completed in 2010.
