Angela Fink, PMP, CSM

Angela Fink, PMP, CSM has extensive work experience in various roles within the project management field. Angela started their career at Idaho Dept. of Health and Welfare in 2003, where they worked as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, Team Lead, and Analyst until 2009. During this time, Angela gained expertise in managing projects and leading teams.

In 2009, Angela joined Initiate Government Solutions, LLC., where they held multiple roles. Angela started as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Proposal/Technical Writer. Angela was responsible for assessing project plans, training students for PMP certification, and analyzing procurement documents. Later on, Angela became the Business Development Program Manager, overseeing research, proposal management, process improvement, and training programs.

In 2011, Angela worked as a Clinical Process Consultant at Ernst & Young, conducting gap analysis and data collection for patient flow and bed management processes in VA hospitals. Angela also had a short-term business analyst consultant role at DSS and worked as a Project Manager at State of NY, Office of Mental Health (OMH).

From 2012 to 2013, Angela served as a Certified Scrum Master/Project Coordinator at First View Federal, where they led scrum teams, coordinated projects, and customized scrum reporting processes.

In 2013, Angela joined MDM Strategies, Inc as a Certified Scrum Master/Agile Research Consultant. Angela conducted research and analysis on Agile methodologies within the Dept. of Defense and Military Health Systems.

Angela briefly worked at IGS/LongView in 2014 as a Technical Writer, providing document management support and developing procedures and training materials for the Dept. of VA project.

Finally, Angela worked as a BISL PMO Manager at Initiate Government Solutions, LLC. from 2014 to 2021, providing program and project management, strategic guidance, coordination, and technical writing support for the Dept. of VA Corporate Data Warehouse projects.

Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage projects, coordinate teams, and analyze processes. Angela holds PMP and CSM certifications, showcasing their expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

Angela Fink obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009. Prior to that, in 2006, they completed a Certified Scrum Master Training program, specializing in Scrum Management.
