Carolyn Burns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and safety management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Initiative Foods, LLC since November 2017, Carolyn oversees customer relations and manages warehouse and freight operations. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions at The Coca-Cola Company, achieving significant safety certifications and improving incident rates, along with experience in management systems and production operations. Carolyn's career also includes tenures at PepsiCo, where leadership was demonstrated in warehouse and production supervision, contributing to national accolades for operational excellence. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis.
