Creating sustained success for small- and medium-sized businesses has proven to be the direct result of the decisions and actions made by their leaders about the internal structures of their businesses.

Initiative Labs LLC provides founders, owners, and executive leaders of small- and medium-sized businesses with the power to build a strong core and ensure success, rather than falling prey to failure. The founder of Initiative Labs, Patrick Esposito, wrote The Structure of Success book to provide a simple framework—consisting of approaches, methodologies, and tools for assessing, determining, planning, and implementing decisions—for building the internal structural components of a business, and, specifically, focusing on the most important categories that have been shown—through empirical research—to impact success and failure for businesses.

One of the core principles articulated in The Structure of Success and practiced by the Initiative Labs team is the belief that you and your team—your business partners, your management team, your board members, and your professional advisors—need to do the actual work of assessing, determining, planning, and implementing decisions about your internal business structures. You simply cannot trust anyone outside of your business to do this work for you. That is why Initiative Labs only offers two types of services—(1) speaking about The Structure of Success framework and its approaches, methodologies, and tools and (2) support for launching the use of The Structure of Success framework in your business to help you build your business better.
