Kiran Gandhi

Kiran Gandhi is a Holding Trustee at Initiatives of Change (India). Prior to this, they were the Finance Manager at India School Leadership Institute (ISLI) from December 2015 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, reporting, fundraising activities, accounting activities, control of fixed assets and stock, and funds management.

Gandhi has a strong background in financial management and accounting. Kiran is experienced in developing and implementing changes in accounting systems, maintaining books of accounts, and managing bank accounts. Kiran is also skilled in physical verification of assets and highlighting over or under spending to departments.

Gandhi is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is committed to their work. Kiran has a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and build relationships with donors. Kiran is also a team player who is able to work well with others.

Kiran Gandhi received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and general management from the Indira Global Business School. Kiran also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from The D.G.Ruparel College. Her high school education was completed at The D.G.Ruparel College, and their secondary education was completed at S. S. Nikam English School in Mangaon, Raigad. Kiran Gandhi has also received certification from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in Basic Mountaineering course, as well as certification from the Guardian Giripremi Institute of Mountaineering in Advanced Rock climbing course and Basic Rock climbing course. In addition, they have received Financial Modeling Certification from IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd., Business Intelligence & Business Analytics certification from OrangeTree Global, and Basic Financial Modeling certification from IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd. Kiran Gandhi has also received certification in Technical Analysis from Precision Investment Services, and Negotiation Skills from PERFECT M HR Academy.
