Wimarshana Ranasinghe

Wimarshana Ranasinghe is a dedicated graduate assistant at Eastern Mennonite University since January 2023, while also actively volunteering with Initiatives of Change since August 2014, serving as a member of the International Council. With a background in project management from the Sarvodaya Shramadana Movement of Sri Lanka from December 2019 to November 2021, Wimarshana has experience as a program officer and facilitator at the Centre for Communication Training between February 2018 and October 2019. Prior roles include coordinating monitoring and evaluation and human resources at Sarvodaya-Fusion and internships at Initiatives of Change and Rights Now - Collective for Democracy. Wimarshana holds an undergraduate degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Kelaniya and is pursuing a Master's degree in Conflict Transformation at Eastern Mennonite University.
