Established in 2021, we launched with a mission to turn the construction contracting market on its head. From an extensive background in the M&E industry working on the client side, we understood the pain points of not having quality reliable labour on site, and what this meant for the success of every project. We noticed the ever revolving door of labour, poor site morale which in turn impacted productivity on site. At Initier we put the contractor first, establishing long standing relationships with our workers to ensure our clients get pre verified, quality labour every time.
