Mike Bradley

Mike Bradley currently serves as the Director of Operations at Initio Learning Trust, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Mike held the role of Head of Estates at Sherborne Area Schools' Trust from September 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included setting estates strategy, ensuring compliance, and managing risk. Prior to that, Mike was the Account Director for the Royal Academy of Arts with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, from September 2018 to September 2021, focusing on operational leadership and strategic alignment. Mike's experience also includes a ten-year tenure as Regional Manager at Kier Group, overseeing Total Estates and Facilities Management services for various prestigious clients. Earlier roles include Facilities Manager at The Brix at St. Matthews and Operations Manager at GSF, where Mike managed operational and commercial aspects of various contracts.
