Collins Sarmento

Collins Sarmento is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Principal and Director of IDC and Process Automation at Initium SoftWorks LLC since December 2016. In this role, Collins oversees all Intelligent Data Capture (IDC) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and acts as Product Manager for related ISW products. Previous positions include IDC Solutions Manager, where Collins led the MTS IDC team by collaborating with clients to create tailored solutions, and Solutions Architect, focusing on the design and implementation of IDC systems using ABBYY and Ephesoft technologies. Additional experience includes roles in software deployment, front-end development, and teaching technology to children. Collins holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Technology from Midlands Technical College and has additional educational background in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.
