Steve Sebolt

Steve Sebolt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and mental performance coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Initium SoftWorks LLC since January 2023, Steve also founded Fearless Performances, where focused on mental performance coaching since August 2016. Previous roles include East Region Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. from February 2020 to July 2022, and Higher Education Consultant at Ricoh USA, Inc. from November 2016 to August 2019. Additionally, Steve has held leadership positions at InQuest Technologies, N'Ware Technologies, Xerox, and Canon Business Solutions, with a career that began at Ricoh USA, Inc. in various sales and management roles from 1993 to 2009. Steve holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
