Gavin McShera

Gavin McShera is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Group Chief Information and Technology Officer at Inizio since June 2022, McShera previously held roles as Group Chief Technology Officer and Group Head of Information Technology at UDG Healthcare from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior to this, McShera was the Chief Information Officer at Applegreen PLC, where responsibilities included overseeing business and IT operations. McShera's career also encompasses roles at prominent organizations such as Microsoft as a Solution Sales expert in Datacentre and Cloud, and as Head of Cloud and Platform Solutions at Codec-dss. An independent IT consultant and freelance author, McShera holds a BSc (Hons) in Business and Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin, complemented by earlier education at Technological University Dublin.
