Stefanie Christmas

Stefanie Christmas has a diverse range of work experience. Stefanie is currently Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Inizio since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Vynamic as a Senior Director and DEI Lead from December 2021 to March 2023. Stefanie also held roles such as Director and Service Lead - Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Director, and Manager at Vynamic from 2015 to 2021. Before joining Vynamic, Stefanie worked as a Consultant at Accenture from November 2012 to September 2015. Stefanie also pursued an MBA at The Wharton School from August 2010 to May 2012 and served as a Process Coordinator at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) in 2010. Stefanie has previous experience as a Critical Response Team Leader at DC Government from November 2008 to April 2010. Stefanie began their career as a Teacher at Miami-Dade Public Schools in 2006 and also worked as a Teacher at Teach for America from June 2006 to June 2008.

Stefanie Christmas holds a High School Diploma from Maret School. Stefanie further pursued their education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained a BA in Communication. Additionally, they attended The Wharton School to earn an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management, although specific start and end years for these degrees are not provided.
