Lou Romanoski serves as the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at Inizio Engage, leading efforts in operational efficiency across multiple areas including Contact Center Operations, Learning and Development, and Vendor Management since January 2021. Prior to this role, Lou held various senior positions, including Sr. Director of Quality Contact Center Operations at Ashfield and Sr. Director of Patient Engagement at PopHealthCare, focusing on quality assurance and operational effectiveness in healthcare settings. With experience spanning several decades, Lou has developed a strong background in call center operations, quality management, and client services across various industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, and marketing. Lou graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Communications, and Marketing.
