Pat Carroll

Pat Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial contact centers and sales management. Currently serving as the Senior Director at Inizio Engage since September 2018, Pat has held multiple leadership roles within the company. As Co-Founder of Carroll Brothers, Pat is dedicated to helping student-athletes enhance their skills through a growth mindset and basketball training. Pat's previous experience includes leadership roles at Touchpoint Solutions, where responsibilities entailed managing sales teams and conducting training. Pat's background also includes a successful career as a professional basketball player and a solid educational foundation with a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University.
