Rami al Kahil

Rami Al Kahil has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Rami started their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at Al Babtain LeBLANC Emirates in 2008, where they managed the installation, testing, and commissioning of 4G for major telecom providers in the UAE. Rami also oversaw the installation of building solutions in high-rise towers and handled financial coordination.

In 2012, Rami joined Besix as an ELV Engineer, where they managed subcontractors and created project plans for the construction of the Clinics building. Rami successfully updated project plans as necessary.

Moving on to Embed in 2013, Rami took on the role of Account Manager, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and supporting digital transformation. Over a span of three years, they successfully delivered 25 business-critical projects.

At Embed, Rami also served as the Head of Operations, where they efficiently managed budgets and the full P&L accounts. Rami was instrumental in developing an international blueprint for organizational change and fostering a culture of collaboration within the partner ecosystem.

In 2017, Rami became the Strategic Regional Accounts and Channels Manager - EMEA at Embed. Rami excelled in managing distributor relationships, optimizing sales performance, and conducting high-level account planning.

In 2019, Rami joined Injazat Data Systems as an Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing public and healthcare sector client accounts. Rami controlled the full P&L and worked closely with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver innovative cloud solutions. Rami facilitated design thinking sessions and implemented continuous improvement strategies.

In 2022, Rami transitioned to Yellow.ai as the Associate Director of Sales - Middle East. In this role, they demonstrated leadership in sales and played a vital role in driving sales growth in the region.

Most recently, Rami joined Injazat in 2023 as a Senior Account Manager.

Rami Al Kahil completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Murdoch University Dubai from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jami't Al-Ba'ath between 2002 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Rami has acquired several certifications. Rami obtained the Nexthink Infinity Fundamentals certification from Nexthink in May 2023. Furthermore, Rami earned the Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies certification from Cambridge Judge Business School in November 2022. In April 2020, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM.
