Rick Leier

Rick Leier has over 40 years of work experience. Rick began their career in 1975 as a Process Engineer at Reserve Mining Company, where they developed, commissioned and operated closed circuit water systems, as well as commissioned, tested and operated tertiary water treatment systems. Rick also optimized taconite benificiation process using flotation. In 1986, they began working at Avia Footwear as a Sales Rep and at Fitzpatrick, Leier & Associates as a Partner. Rick also became President of Island Import & Export Co., where they sourced products from Asia for small to medium sized business. In 1993, they became a Sales Representative at ASG. In 2004, they became President of Triple Alliance. From 2008 to 2013, they were a Sales Representative at Injinji Footwear. Since 2015, they have been a Sales Representative at 361 USA.

Rick Leier attended the University of Minnesota from 1969 to 1974, where they earned a BS in Biochemistry.
