The Board of Directors at the Injured Workers' Bar Association is responsible for governing the organization, setting strategic goals, and ensuring the association adheres to its mission of representing injured workers. Comprised of multiple Directors At Large, the Board oversees key initiatives, financial management, membership standards, and advocates for policies that benefit injured workers and their legal representatives.
