Pamela J. Rippens

Pam joined IWP in 2012 as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Pam now serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she is accountable for horizontal, end-to-end operations from initial patient intake, clinically focused pharmacy fulfillment, information technology advancements and claims account receivables management and cash collections.

Pam brings with her 25 years of experience in the workers’ compensation and insurance fields. Throughout her career, she has held diverse leadership roles in client relationship management, operations, and underwriting with Sedgwick, Specialty Risk Services, and The Hartford. She received a Bachelor of Arts, Management, and Masters of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
