Naji Elkhoury

Naji Elkhoury is an accomplished corporate manager currently with INK Entertainment Group since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality and food service sectors. Previously, Naji served as Food Service Director at Compass Group and Head of F&B Services at Gray Mackenzie Retail Lebanon, where leadership included overseeing a team of over 200 employees and optimizing menu quality and consistency. As the Founder and CEO of ProKreative, Naji provided comprehensive consulting services to numerous restaurants and hotels in Lebanon and abroad. Naji's career also includes roles as a Faculty Lecturer at the American University of Science and Technology, a Sworn Inspector in Tourism and Hotel Management for the Ministry of Justice in Lebanon, and managerial positions at Zaarour Club, G.E.I Group SAL, Lekmet Gibran, and St. Elmo's Seaside Brasserie. Naji holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Empire State University.
