Susanna Lam

Susanna Lam has a diverse work experience in various industries. Susanna is currently the Director of Education at Inkah since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Language Advisor at Fluent City from October 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Client Success Executive at TrendWatching from May 2017 to October 2017, where they supported Fortune 500 companies in consumer trends advisory services. Susanna has also worked as a Community Manager at SELECT Innovations from November 2015 to May 2017, and as a Content Associate at Zomato from July 2015 to November 2015. Susanna gained editorial experience as an Editorial Assistant & Contributing Writer at The Reykjavík Grapevine from June 2014 to June 2015. Lastly, they started their career as a Humanities Teacher at the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE) from January 2011 to June 2011.

Susanna Lam holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Linguistics from UCL, which they completed from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from Smith College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, they participated in the Programa de Estudios Hispánicos en Córdoba (PRESHCO) at the Universidad de Córdoba, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. Susanna also received a certification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the International TEFL and TESOL Training Centre in August 2013.
