Ravi Kumar Dumpala

Ravi Kumar Dumpala is a Learning and Development Specialist at Inkarp Instruments since October 2022 and the Founder of Desire2Design, a company focused on creating unique gifting experiences, since May 2017. With prior experience as a Corporate Trainer at People Prime Worldwide, Ravi Kumar designed and implemented diverse learning methodologies and contributed to training solutions within the organization. As a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Naandi Foundation, Ravi Kumar evaluated training programs across the nation, while also serving as an Adjunct Faculty, training over 5,000 young adults in soft skills and employability. Additionally, freelance work as an Independent Soft Skills Trainer involved collaboration with L&D vendors. Previous roles include Head of Network Operations at Viacom18 Media and certified soft skills trainer at MacTec IT Solutions. Ravi Kumar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Osmania University and a BTech in Civil Engineering from Anurag Group of Institutions.
