Josiah Mahon

Josiah Mahon is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management and technical development. Currently serving as the Director of Product for Benefits Administration at GreenShield, Josiah oversees the integration of administrative capabilities into the GreenShield+ platform, aiming to create a unified user experience across multiple lines of business in Canada. Previously, as a Technical Product Manager at GreenShield, Josiah focused on enhancing the Inkblot Therapy application by developing direct billing solutions to improve user access to mental health care. Josiah's career also includes a tenure at CDK Global Heavy Equipment as a Product Manager, overseeing a core SaaS product for construction and agricultural dealerships, and earlier roles at Stream Global Services as a Customer Service Representative and at CDK as a Software Applications Engineer II. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Baker College of Port Huron and a Certificate in Media Fundamentals from Lambton College.
