Gregory Harwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital products and global services. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Products & Global Services at Inkcups since May 2007, Gregory has successfully managed teams of technicians and sales support, providing services to over 400 digital printers worldwide. With a strong background in market research, product development, and technical support, Gregory has implemented training programs, established quality controls, and facilitated key account consulting to optimize customer efficiency. Prior roles at Inkcups include managing the Inkjet Department, where significant team and process improvements were made, and hands-on technical positions in both inkjet and laser technologies. Earlier experience at B&W Press, Inc. as a Pre-press Operator provided a solid foundation in graphic design and layout. Gregory holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Salem State University.
