John Maseredjian

John Maseredjian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as Vice President at inKind since November 2023, John has overseen the deployment of over $160 million to fund 1,500 restaurants and attract over 1 million users to the dining membership application. Previously, John held the title of Vice President at JohnHart Real Estate from April 2009 to November 2023, achieving over $4 billion in annual sales, scaling the company from zero to over 450 agents, and expanding from one location to 14 offices across two states. John also played a critical role in developing corporate strategies, optimizing internal operations, managing financial analyses, and leading marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Golden Coast Finance from 2011 to 2023 and as a Public Relations Specialist at Upstream Asia for market entry strategies in China. John holds a BA in Finance and International Business from Chapman University, completed in 2008.
