Ilona Akhmetsafina

Ilona Akhmetsafina has a diverse range of work experience in various analytical roles. Ilona started their career as an ETL Developer at GlowByte Consulting, where they developed an Analytical Data Warehouse for a Russian telecommunications company. Ilona then moved on to OZON.ru as an Analyst, providing end-to-end analytics for all departments in the company. Following that, they joined Yandex.Market as a Product Analyst and later became the Product Analytics Team Lead. Ilona then worked at Delivery Hero as a Senior Product Analyst before their current role as a Lead Data Analyst at Inkitt. In their current role, they are responsible for A/B test analysis and strategic goal setting to shape the company's product strategy and success.

Ilona Akhmetsafina completed their Master's degree in Mathematics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2012 to 2018. In addition, they obtained certifications in Game Analytics from devtodev, GoPractice! from GoPractice, Inc, and Basics of Statistics from Stepik in the years 2020 and 2019 respectively.
