Lucy Irungu

Lucy Irungu is currently the Head of Talent Development at INKOMOKO, where Lucy focuses on attracting, developing, and enhancing performance, career growth, and retention of top talent in Africa. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Employer Engagement Manager at Generation, where Lucy built and maintained employer partnerships to enhance staff and organization growth. Lucy also has experience as a Training Manager at Shortlist Professionals, a Learning Coach/Training Facilitator at Spire Education, and as an HR Partner in Learning and Development at Faulu Microfinance Bank. Additionally, Lucy has a background in finance with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maseno University.
