Michelle Kirby is a Strategic Operations Consultant at INKOMOKO since September 2021, contributing to various projects including geographic expansion and leadership support. Previously, Michelle served as the Chief Program Officer at myAgro, leading operations in multiple countries and significantly scaling farmer outreach, along with managing key strategic changes. Other roles include serving as a Contractor for Medic Mobile's West Africa team and held multiple positions at One Acre Fund, focusing on program management in finance and human resources. An MBA graduate from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Michelle also has experience in research and event management related to nutrition and microfinance initiatives.
