Tayech Biramo is an experienced professional in program management and business development, currently holding the position of Business Development Manager at INKOMOKO since April 2023. Tayech has a strong background in overseeing programs focused on empowering refugees and entrepreneurs, demonstrated through previous roles as the Acting Business Growth Services Director – Ethiopia, and Program Manager at the Danish Refugee Council. With a focus on resilience, integration, and capacity building, Tayech has successfully managed numerous programs, recruited and trained staff, and fostered partnerships. Educational qualifications include an MBA, a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, reflecting a solid foundation in management and social sciences.
